- Complicated lathe part outlines in one cut: This tool system allows for the manufacturing of even highly complicated lathe parts in medium and large scale, and in extremely sort cycle times. It is often possible to produce complete outlines in only one cut.
- Extremely high precision in case of tool replacement: The ground plate fit guarantees high precision in case of replacing the profile plates, which is better than with pre-adjusting!
- Short downtimes in case of plate replacement: the holder remains in the machine and only the profile plate is replaced. This can even be done by untrained employees!
