Overview of the Leistritz Turning Tools
Turning Tools with Excentric Clamping :
- Programme 0611 and 0616: triangle shaped insert with up to 6 cutters
- Programme 0809 and 0812: square shaped insert with up to 8 cutters
These turning tools can be used for machining of steel, cast iron, NE - metals, plastics, and graphite.
Here, cutting inserts with holes and double-sided ground chip guide are used. Similar to the ground chip guides, the standard chip guide grooves (ex-stock delivery) can also be customized.
Copy Turning Tools with Excentric Clamping:
- Programme 0116: diamond shaped cutting insert with 4 cutters
These turning tools can be used for copy turning of steel and cast iron. Here, cutting inserts with holes and double-sided ground chip guide are used. Similar to the ground chip guides, the standard chip guide grooves (ex-stock delivery) can also be customized.
