As a qualified and technologically advanced supplier for engine discs to the aerospace industry, our product range comprises a wide range of discs from the low pressure compressor to the high pressure turbine. A state of the art disc manufacturing line, advanced machining capabilities and Europe's largest isothermal press are assets for the markets of today and tomorrow.

The forging is performed based on utilizing CN-controlled isothermal presses and counterblow hammers.

By using a variety of different tools, such as Finite Element Method (FEM)-simulation, statistical process control (SPC), quality data registration (QDE), CN-controlled heat treatment and automated ultrasonic-testing, we guarantee a most advanced processability of our products.
