Quality Assurance
A continual increase in customer satisfaction is our goal. An important basis in reaching this goal is our quality management system with which we ensure the quality of our business processes, services, and products. Consequently we can guarantee that our blades fulfill their task in an optimum manner, for everyone's benefit.
Obviously we are certified according to the international standards DIN ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100 / EN 9100 (QM-System for air and space industry), and also undergo constant monitoring. Furthermore key technologies (crack detection, ECM etc.) are tested and monitored by independent certification institutes (NADCAP / PRI).
Quality assurance has a multitude of up-to-date manual, mechanical, and automatical testing devices for the testing of our compressor blades and turbine engine parts. Not only are on-line testing equipment (integrated in the production process), and
multi-point measuring devices (with SPC software) common standards, but so are the use of automized testing equipment for non-destructive testing, and the use of state-of-the-art quality technologies in planning and production. These modern testing technologies together with our highly qualified staff are important pillars in ensuring a consistently high quality level.
In addition to the quality focus our efforts are also oriented towards the goals of environmental protection and occupational safety. A certified environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001 is the basis of effective action in the field of environmental protection.
